Chopped Vegetable Sesame Salad
Hakata specialty: Fresh squid sashimi
(Depending on what's available on the day, the squid may be cured squid.)
A platter featuring two types of fish: sesame mackerel and sesame amberjack.
Hakata specialty: steamed dumplings
Deep-fried boiled daikon radish
Free-range chicken dashi rolled omelet with mentaiko (spicy cod roe)
Fresh squid prepared as tempura.
Choose your hot pot (Hakata motsunabe or mizutaki nabe)
For the finale, champon noodles or rice porridge.
